A simple action- recycling- can have far-reaching consequences. Just as we are an integral part of nature, this design shows the connection between our actions and their effects on the natural world.
Colourful paper strips are used to construct varied organic shapes in an art form known as paper filigree. Forms representing the conceptual Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle design provide the structural base. Filled with plant life, clouds, and waves, they mirror the ecological concept of Earth, Wind and Sea. Design elements spring forth to form shapes of animals, supporting the benefits of recycling.
